HOUSE CHECK

This is important to do. Make sure your house is ready and looking good for the market. We can help you figure out what needs to be addressed on your house, how to make it look the best and command the highest amount the market can offer.

LISTING YOUR HOUSE

We will hire a professional photographer to make sure your house looks the best. It will be posted on the NWMLS for every agent to see plus many other advertising platforms on the web to make sure your house gets maximum exposure. We will also hold open houses so the public can see your beautiful home.

ACCEPTING AN OFFER

This is where it really helps to have us by your side. It’s very important to have help understanding all the differences in each offer. We will be there to walk you through all the nuances in each offer so you choose the best one.

CLOSING

Once you have a signed purchase and sale agreement, escrow will start getting all the needed documents for signing. They work hand in hand with all the necessary parties involved to get the final documents ready to sign. Once everything is ready we will set a time for you to sign. After both parties have signed the final documents, it’s recorded at the city and funds have been released to you, you’re finished. Congratulations!
